We see a lightbulb in the dark. We fade into more closer shots of it, as it starts lighting up, then a butterfly-like bug (possibly a moth) flies to the lightbulb, and gets zapped by the lightbulb while it surrounds with swirling sparks as we see close-ups of the action. Later on, we see the same lightbulb with bloodmarks making the words "IMPACT PICTURES" on it. We gets a bit far from the lightbulb as it flashes brighter.
2nd logo (2010-2017)[]

The blue words "IMPACT" and "PICTURES:, separated by a crescent moon, slowly become visible. A spot of light moves through "IMPACT" to the left.

Medium to nightmare. Depends on what you think about the disturbing action in the logo. If you love bugs, then you may not like it. This is pretty much fitting for most of their movies, however, and this is a cool logo.

Low; much mellower than before.
