Logo: On a black background, we see a white flash appear. We see nine lines appear out of the flash, four of the lines are blue, four are purple, and one is red. The lines spread out a little distance. when the lines finish spreading apart, the words "H I F I Stereo" appear above and below the logo, respectively.
FX: The white flash appearing, the lines spreading apart, and the words "H I F I Stereo" appearing.
Music/Sounds: A reversed cymbal crash, then an echoing whoosh.
Availability: Seen on most Sony Pictures VHS tapes of TV shows, as well as a couple movies released by the company on VHS (mainly kid-oriented tapes). Examples for this logo include Bear in the Big Blue House, Dragon Tales, The Indian in the Cupboard, and The Berenstein Bears (2003 version).
Scare Factor: None to medium; the music and the white flash may scare a few.
